Now our company has two kinds of products: Aluminum film laminated fibre drum and plastic film laminated fibre drum. The greatest strength of the product is that it enhances the cleanliness, tightness and humidity resistance of interior and makes the best package for bulk pharmaceutical chemicals and intermediates.
The greatest strength of the product is that it is square in form. Take the pallet of 1100mm×1100mm for example, each layer can load 9 square drums, saving storage and logistic space by 20%~30% compared to all-fiber circular drum. It is a green and environment-friendly new product (easy for recycling after use)
The product adopts oversea new process for cardboard drum making and the compound technology featured by complete combination of drum body and fiber bottom. The greatest strength of the product is the high intensity drum body.
The cardboard drum for greasy is lined with silicone oil that can resist direct filling with temperature of as high as 180℃. Compared to iron drum package, it can be used by directly ripping the fibre drum with no necessary for heating equipments and fuel to remove the cover, thus reducing the use cost.
The fibre drum is featured by smooth surface, sturdy and durable for use , environmental and easy for recycling. It is composed of high intensity cardboard paper, hot-dip galvanized steel belt and high quality five-layer white poplar plywood. In the middle of the fibre drum there is a fixed paper tube for orderly winding of electric wire and welding wires.
